The manager of the French Ligue One Feminine side, Laurent Mortel has revealed the reason the club acquired the services of Nigeria's Super Falcons player Joy Bokiri, BSNsports.com.ng understands.
The French side explained that the acquisition of the Nigeria forward is to strengthen the team attack going into the new season.
"Joy has a very dynamic and explosive profile. She is an offensive player, capable of causing changes of pace which unbalances the opponent. Her speed will also be an asset on which the group will be able to count," he said.
The former Bayelsa Queens player is not new to European football having played for Sporting de Huelva Spain in 2018, Elpides Karditsas in Greece (2018- 2019), Konak Belediyespor in Turkey 2019-2020 and Damallsvenskan AIK in Sweden (2021).
