Nigeria Premier Football League giants Enyimba International and Kano Pillars have reportedly identified Daniel Ogunmodede as their leading candidate for the vacant head coach position following his departure from Remo Stars, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ogunmodede recently ended a remarkable 13-year association with the Ikenne-based club, where he rose through the ranks and played a pivotal role in the team's development.

The highly-rated tactician made history by guiding Remo Stars to their first-ever Nigeria Premier Football League title, cementing his reputation as one of the country's brightest coaching talents.

With both Enyimba and Kano Pillars looking to strengthen their technical departments ahead of the new season, Ogunmodede has emerged as a prime target, although neither club has officially confirmed any appointment.
