U17 AFCON: Golden Eaglets Face Morocco, Two Others

African soccer ruling body has conducted the draws for the 2023 U17 African Cup of Nations and Nigeria's Golden Eaglets are to compete with three other teams in group B, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Twelve countries qualified to compete in the tournament slated to hold in Algeria.

Nigeria's Golden Eaglets the most successful country in the competition qualified to play in Algeria after they emerged as the winner of the WAFU B tournament in Gold Coast, Ghana.

According to the draw conducted in Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday afternoon, Nigeria were placed in group B alongside Morocco, South Africa and Zambia.

Group A consists of host Algeria, Senegal, Congo and Somalia while group C housed Burkina Faso, South Sudan, Mali and the defending champions Cameroon.
