U17 AFCON: South Africa Intensify Preparations, Off To Poland For Golden Eaglets

In readiness for the U17 African Cup of Nations, the Nigeria Golden Eaglets of Nigeria's group opponent South Africa have intensified preparation for the competition, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The team has been invited to take part in the four-nation invitational tournament slated for Poland.

The competition consists of hosts Poland, Luxembourg and Northern Ireland and it will run from 27 March to 1 April 2023.

The first game for South Africa will be against Northern Ireland on 27 March and two days later, the African side will play Poland before wrapping up their itinerary with a game against Luxembourg on 1 April.

The team leaves for Poland on 25 March and is expected back in South Africa on 3 April.

Apart from South Africa, Morocco and Zambia are the other group opponents of the Golden Eaglets.
