U17 WAFU B: We Are Focused On Nigeria Vs Burkina Faso Game- Manu Garba

Barely 24 hours before the kick-off of the 2024 U17 WAFU championship, the coach of Nigeria's Golden Eaglets Manu Garba said the team is focused on the group opening game versus Burkina Faso, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The five-time World Champions will confront the young Etalons of Burkina Faso in the opening group B game on Thursday.

While speaking on Tuesday about the upcoming match, the coach said the team is putting finishing touches to perfect their plans ahead of the match

“The players have been responding to training. The weather is similar to what we experienced in Abuja before our departure. 

Our primary objective is to get one of the two tickets from here to the Africa U17 Cup of Nations. 

We will focus on the matches one at a time. 

For now, we are focused on our opening game against Burkina Faso on Thursday", he said.
