U17 Women World Cup: Flamingos Tackle Mexico In Friendly Game

In measure to put the team in shape, the Nigeria Football Federation has lined up a tune-up game for the Nigeria Women's U17 team, Flamingos, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Flamingos qualified for the competition after overcoming their counterpart from Liberia.

The update from the NFF shows that Flamingos will face Mexico in an international friendly ahead of the tournament.

For the competition, Nigeria is drawn in group A alongside New Zealand, Ecuador and the host Dominican Republic.
