Head coach of the Nigeria's women U17 team, Flamingoes, Bankole Olowookere has given kudos to his players for playing to instructions, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

The Nigeria girls on Saturday pummeled DR Congo 5-0 at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium in Edo state to qualify for the final round of the qualifier.

" As you can see, they scored from the first minute against the Congolese, that means they understand what I asked them to do.

"They gave their best and I appreciate them for playing to instruction.

"Before this time, we are working on the Congolese and had one eye on the Egyptians.

"We have watched their clips and we are still going to watch more. We will work in our errors and improve on our strengths to make sure we go to the world cup," he stated.
