U18 AfroBasket: Junior D'Tigress Suffers Heavy Defeat in Final

Nigeria's Junior D'Tigress suffered a heavy defeat to their Malians counterparts in the final of the FIBA U18 AfroBasket championship, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Mali overpowered the Junior D'Tigress 76-56 in a one-sided final decided at University of Pretoria, South Africa. 

Despite the defeat, the future D'Tigress achieved a great feat by securing the silver medal after 14 years under Coach Juliana Negedu.
