U20 AFCON: "We Achieve Our Main Objective" - Senegal's Coach

After qualifying for the World Cup, the head coach of Senegal, Malick Daf, has said his primary objective ahs been achieved, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Young Teranga Lions on Thursday defeated the Benin Republic 1-0 to qualify for the semi-final and also World Cup.

The coach further stated his boys are ready to face any opponents in the semi-final adding that they have their eyes set on the trophy.

"We achieved the first and main goal of the tournament which was to qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup but we have another goal which is to win the tournament."

"The next match is always the most important match.

"It doesn't matter who we will face in the semi-finals. Both teams are very strong and they have our full respect and appreciation", he told CAF media.
