U20 AFCON: Agbalaka Makes Team Of The Group Stage

Following his amazing performance in the competition, Nigeria's Flying Eagles defender Solomon Agbalaka has been named in the team of the group stage, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The soccer ruling body on Tuesday released the list of players that were outstanding at the group stage of the tournament and Nigeria's defender prominently featured.

Agbalaka scored the only goal of the game in Nigeria's 1-0 win over host the Young Pharaohs of Egypt.

He was adjudged as the man of the match both in the second game and final group match of the tournament.

According to the list released, the Young Teranga Lions of Senegal dominated the team with 4 players, Congo has 2 and Uganda has 2 with Benin contributing one player.
