As preparations intensify for the upcoming U20 Africa Cup of Nations, Nigeria's Flying Eagles have resumed camp in Abuja, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Led by head coach Aliyu Zubairu, the team began training on Monday as they gear up for the biennial tournament.

Zubairu, who also manages El-Kanemi Warriors, has extended invitations to 35 players, including seven foreign-based talents, for the final phase of preparations.

Notably, the core of the squad features players who were instrumental in securing Nigeria’s qualification during the WAFU B regional tournament in Togo.

Drawn in Group B, the Flying Eagles will face tough competition from Morocco, South Africa, and host nation Egypt.

The team will be aiming to maintain their strong track record in the tournament.
