The next opponent of the Nigeria's Flying Eagles in the ongoing U20 WAFU B tournament has been confirmed, BSNsports.com.ng gathered


The Nigeria side reached the last four of the competition on Wednesday after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Burkinafaso.


The last group game was decided on Saturday between Ghana and Burkinafaso and it was the Burkinababes that carried the day 2-1.


In group A, Benin defeated ivory Coast by a lone on Friday to finish on top of the group with 7 points while the Ivorian has 6 points.


The result means that Ivorian who finished in the second position will face Nigeria for a place in the final and African Cup of Nations slot while Benin will tackle Burkinafaso.


The two finalists will represent the zone in the 2023 U20 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
