U20 Women World Cup: Nigeria's Iyorhe Listed Among Officials

The world soccer ruling body (FIFA) has released the list of match officials that will officiate in the upcoming FIFA U20 Women World cup slated for Costa Rica in August 2022, BSNsports.com.ng report



Sixteen countries including Nigeria's Falconets have secured their place in the biennial competition.


The football body listed 43 officials which include 13 centre referees, 26 assistant referees and 14 Video Assistant referees.


Two African referees were listed while Nigeria's mimisen Iyorhe was listed among the 26 assistant referees.


The tournament was originally planned for 2020 and intended to have Panama as co-hosts have to be postponed due to covid 19.


Costa Rica, were then named sole host of this rescheduled global showpiece which will run from 10 to 28 August 2022
