U20 World Cup: Armenia-Based Forward Joins Flying Eagles Camp

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have welcomed Armenia-based forward Usman Ajibona into their Abuja camp as preparations intensify ahead of the FIFA U20 World Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Head coach Aliyu Zubairu has continued to bolster his squad with both home-based and overseas talents, ensuring healthy competition for places.

Ajibona, who plays regularly for Armenian side Alashkert, earned his call-up on the back of consistent performances in Europe.

The Flying Eagles are determined to make a strong impression at the tournament, with hopes of surpassing their previous best finish as runners-up in 1989 and 2005.
