2018/2019 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) joint highest scorer, Sunusi Ibrahim arrival in Ibadan, the camp of the Nigeria U23 team has been labelled as booster for the team's attack.
Sunusi is expected to arrive in Ibadan on Thursday ahead of the second leg of the 2023 U23 African Nations Cup qualifier against Tanzania.
Head coach of the team, Salisu Yusuf had lamented how missed goal scoring opportunities denied them of maximum three points.
Tanzania forced Nigeria to a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Dar es Sallam last weekend while the second leg comes up this weekend at the Lekan Salami stadium Ibadan.
The forward who plys his trade in the US Major Soccer League is expected to boost the attack of the Salisu Yusuf led team.
He missed the first leg 1-1 draw at Benjamin Mpaka Stadium due to club engagements.

The winner on aggregate will proceed to the next round of the Africa U23 Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.
