UCL: Club Brugge Boss Hails Onyedika

Club Brugge boss Hans Vaneken has hailed the performance of Nigerian international Ralph Onyedika, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Brugge returned to winning ways in the UEFA Champions League match against Sturm Graz of Austria.

The Super Eagles midfielder was outstanding in the game, and he gave the assist, which led to the only goal.

“What a goal. Fine control, great assist too by Onyedika, and then neatly tucked in by Tzolis,” he told the club’s official website.

“We had so much possession. We had another excellent opportunity through Jutglà, that really should have gone in, but it didn’t. It would have made it much easier on us.”

Onyedika was recently named Club Brugge’s Player of the Month for September.
