UCL: Iwobi Tips Barcelona For Final Spot

Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi has backed Spanish giants Barcelona to make it to the UEFA Champions League final, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Following their impressive victory over Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona now faces a tough challenge in Serie A side Inter Milan.

Iwobi praised Inter's strong defensive structure but believes Barcelona’s attacking firepower will give them the edge.

“It’s tough because Inter are solid at the back,” Iwobi said.

“And Lautaro Martinez is a very good focal point.”

“But I’m going with Barcelona. Their attacking play is scary — it’s free-flowing and very aggressive. They’ve got exciting wingers like Raphinha and Lamine Yamal, and even players off the bench like Ferran Torres and Dani Olmo."

 “They’re creative going forward and exciting to watch. Any defence will struggle to keep them quiet.”
