Uefa Conference League: Substitute Moses Secure Win For Slavia Praha

36 Lion graduate Moses Usor was in sparkling form for Slavia Praha in the UEFA Conference League on Thursday night,

The attacking midfielder climbed off the bench to open his goal diary for the first team of Slavia Praha as they defeated Greek side Panathinaikos.

Another lion product, Peter Olayinka was named in the starting line up but Yira Sor was ruled out through injury.

Ivan Schranz put Praha in the lead in the second minute of the first half in a short power play after Sebastian Palacios was sent off, and substitute Moses Usor added the insurance in the 56th minute. Moments before, home team Eduardo Santos also received a red card.

Ewerton first hit the bar after a push from Traoré, but the ball bounced to the substitute Usor, who neatly placed it into the net. The 20-year-old Nigerian scored his first competitive goal for the Slavia Praha.
