Uganda U19 Bowl Out Nigeria For 176 In ICC U19 Africa Qualifier

Uganda U19 bowled out Nigeria U19 for 176 runs in 45 overs in their ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup Africa Qualifier Division 2 encounter, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria’s innings was anchored by an impressive knock from Keneth Boniface, who narrowly missed out on a century after scoring 97 runs from 107 balls.

Okasha Isiyaku also contributed 34 runs off 81 balls as Nigeria struggled to build sustained partnerships against a disciplined Ugandan bowling attack.

Larry Elton was Uganda’s standout bowler, claiming three wickets for 18 runs, while Felix Ocan also took three wickets for 24 runs.

Uganda will now begin their chase with Nigeria needing a strong bowling performance to defend their total of 176.
