Super Eagles forward Umar Sadiq has been listed as the most expensive mistake for the Spanish La Liga club Real Sociedad, BSNSports.com.ng has soruced.

According to Spanish sports outlet Estadio Deportivo, Real Sociedad has invested nearly €100 million in signings that have turned out to be sporting failures.

The list is extensive, and the sporting management is evaluating the impact of these transfers to avoid repeating the same mistakes.

The most notorious and visible failure for the San Sebastián club was the signing of Umar Sadiq, and also their first.

The Nigerian arrived to replace Isak for €20 million, the most expensive signing in the Basque club's history. His time at Real Sociedad has been full of lows and lows.
