Unique Futbol Academy Sensation Haruna Saleh Signs With PAOK FC

In a groundbreaking development, Unique Futbol Academy's talented left-back Haruna Saleh has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with an option for an additional year with PAOK FC, a prominent football club in Greece, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

The 19-year-old prodigy was among five exceptional players identified by foreign scouts during the Unique Futbol Academy Scouting Program held at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, in November 2023.

Haruna's impressive skills caught the attention of top football agent Diego Martins, who facilitated the deal with PAOK FC.

The young left-back is expected to join the first team for training, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in his career.

Abdul Jalil Oladimeji, President of Unique Futbol Academy, expressed his delight at Haruna's achievement.

 "This is exactly what we aimed to achieve. I discovered Haruna at Uchecaria Football Academy in Aba, Abia State, during the first edition of the Unique Futbol Academy Scouting Program a few years ago.

"I brought him to Unique Futbol Academy, where he continued to develop his skills. His signing with PAOK FC is a testament to the effectiveness of our scouting program."

Diego Martins, who scouted Haruna during the program, believes this deal will open more opportunities, saying, "I firmly believe in the program and its organizer. This deal will encourage stakeholders to support the academy financially, enabling them to host more scouting programs and discover young talent."
