As the transfer window nears its conclusion on September 1 at 11:59 p.m., Super Eagles Umar Sadiq's potential loan move is reaching a critical point, BSNSports.com.ng has sourced.

His agents have been in talks with Real Sociedad to explore options for the player, who remains uncertain about his future at the club. 

Valencia has stepped up its interest, now proposing a loan deal worth one million euros (€1, 000,000) along with covering the player’s salary. 

This offer is more in line with what Real Sociedad has been seeking, yet they have not yet made a final decision, as their preference is for a permanent transfer.

Reports suggest that Sociedad has received a competing offer from Girona, which could complicate matters, particularly if accepting that bid facilitates the signing of Yangel Herrera.

Despite the uncertainty, Sadiq appears committed to a move to Valencia, willing to take risks to ensure the deal proceeds.

He has also shown support for other players who have joined Valencia, signalling his interest in becoming part of the club.
