Vandrezzer FC Release 22-Man Squad For 2023 NLO Season

Vandrezzer Football Club have released their complete squad list for the 2023 Nationwide League One season commencing on Wednesday, 3rd of May, Bsnsports.com.ng reports.

The Cubs - as they are fondly called, who play in the third tier division of the Nigeria Football League pyramid, were displayed via the team's official social media page with full details of their names, positions, shirt numbers, and preferred foot.

The squad consisted of two goalkeepers, five defenders, five midfielders, and 10 strikers, led by head coach Alfred Madaki. 

Madaki was appointed as assistant to head coach Rafael Everton, to work alongside the Vandrezzer FC international scouting network, on Friday, February 5th, 2021 after penning a one-year contract.

Madaki will lead the team into the new NLO campaign as the head coach following the resignation of Rafael Everton "Lira" two years ago.

Footage also captured the team warming up on Tuesday at the Eket stadium in Akwa Ibom after arriving the previous day, in preparations for their league opener against Essien Ayi FC by 2 pm on Wednesday.
