The 2022 Men's Volleyball championship in Monastir Tunisia has finally came to a halt on Monday evening with the Egyptian side Al Ahly carting away the title, BSNsports.com.ng can report.



Ahly, who eliminated Nigeria's representative Custom in the quarter final thrashed Esperance of Tunisia 3-1 in the final to successfully defended their title.


The classification match was also held and Nigeria's Custom finished in 7th position after they defeated FAP of Cameroon in a straight set.


Custom dominated the proceedings right from the start and was able to win the first set comfortably 25-13.


The second and the third set proved a bit tough but the Nigeria side did enough to record 25-22 and 25-20 to finish ahead of the Cameroonian side
