Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu has confirmed that his team is fully prepared for their highly anticipated semi-final clash against South Africa’s Banyana Banyana at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The nine-time champions will face the reigning titleholders on Tuesday in Casablanca for a spot in the tournament’s final.

Nigeria booked their place in the last four with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Zambia’s Copper Queens in the quarter-finals.

Following a rest day, the Super Falcons resumed training on Sunday, turning their focus to the crucial encounter ahead.

“Our preparations have been solid. The girls are in great shape focused, committed, and determined,” Madugu said during a pre-match press conference.

“You must work hard to achieve anything in football, and we are ready to give it everything,” he added.
