WAFU B U17: Manu Assures Of Stronger Golden Eaglets

Golden Eaglets head coach Manu Garba has assured that his side will improve as they prepare to face Burkina Faso in their final Group B clash at the ongoing 2025 WAFU B U-17 Championship, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Garba’s boys booked a semi-final spot on Wednesday after defeating Benin Republic 4-1 in their opening game.

The Nigerian youngsters will now battle Burkina Faso in Yamoussoukro on Saturday, with top spot in the group at stake.

 “We will see a better Nigerian team as the tournament progresses,” Garba said after the match.

“The team was only assembled about a month ago and this was their first international outing.”

The top two teams at the tournament will qualify for the 2026 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
