WAFU U20: "We Want To Be WAFU B Champions" - Bosso

Flying Eagles coach, Ladan Bosso has said that playing in the final of this year WAFU B U20 is an opportunity to lift the title, BSNSports.com.ng can report.


The seven-time African champions, Flying Eagles, defeated Young Elephants of Côte d'Ivoire in the semi-final to face Benin Republic in today's final.


He said, "We are happy to have the AFCON ticket under our belts now, but we want more. The Cup is now within reach and we will go all out for it. We want to be WAFU B champions.


The Two finalists, Nigeria and Benin Republic have picked the two WAFU tickets to play at the CAF U20 African Nations Cup to be hosted by Egypt in 2023.


The Third Place match between Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso will hold at 4:30pm while the final match holds at 7:30 pm (Nigeria time).
