WAFU Zone B: Niger To Host U20 Championship In May

West African Football Union under the guidance of Kurt Okraku of Ghana has confirmed the Niger Republic as the host of the next edition of the regional U20 championship, BSNsports.com.ng gathered.


Ghana's Black Satellite came from a goal down to beat Burkina Faso 2-1 in the last edition that was held in Port Novo Benin Republic.


Seven countries including Nigeria's Flying Eagles are expected to take part in the competition with finalists qualifying for the U20 African Cup of Nations.


The competition has been fixed for May 7th to 20th, 2022.
