WCAFCL: Delta Queens, Athletico FC Clash In Semi-Final

The semi-final opponent of Nigeria Women's Football League champions Delta Queens has been confirmed, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The semi-final place of Delta Queens was confirmed after their opening group game following the draw game between USFA of Burkina Faso and Sam Nelly of Benin Republic.

The Nigerian side confirmed their superiority in the group with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Sam Nelly on Friday and topped the group by 6 points.

The semi-final fixture of the competition was announced on Friday and Delta Queens will face Athletico FC of Ivory Coast in the second semi-final.

The first semi-final will see Ampem Darkoa of Ghana clashing with Sam Nelly and both games are scheduled for Monday.
