WTT Singapore Smash: Aruna Quadri Exepcts Tough Match With Japan's Harimoto

Nigeria table tennis sensation Aruna Quadri has stated that he's expecting a tough game when he faces Japan's, Tomokazu Harimoto in the round of 16, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The Nigeria International in the early hours of Tuesday defeated France's Felix Lebrun to reach the round of 16 in the WTT Singapore Smash.

While speaking ahead of the game, Aruna admitted that Harimoto is a good and very fast table tennis player.

 â€œIt is always difficult playing against Harimoto because he is a very fast player but having played him twice at a big stage like this, I think I will try my best to bring him down this time around because it is a 50-50 match for both of us as anybody can win.

"In this tournament, every player has an equal chance to win the title because we are all at the same level regardless of your world ranking.

"I am happy with my performance and I hope I can do more", he said.

The match will come up on Thursday 16th of March.
