Sampson Adedeji

After much discussion and negotiations, the Nigeria Football Federation and Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum seem to have agreed on a new contract, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The last contract of the American gaffer ended after the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand and since both parties were yet to agree on a new deal.

According to the Nigeria-born, UK-based journalist Osasuo Obayiuwana, both NFF President and Waldrum have signed their part on the contract.

And Waldrum will likely return to the team in February when the Falcons will face the Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon in the qualifying game of the Olympic Games.
