We Are Disappointed With The Result Against Rivers United - Maikaba

Head Coach of Rangers International of Enugu Abdu Maikaba has confirmed his disappointment over the outcome of their game against league leaders Rivers United, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Playing at their adopted home in Awka City Stadium in Anambra, the Pride of Rivers forced the Flying Antelope to a goalless draw.

While reacting to the outcome of the game Maikaba was pleased with the performance of his team but felt sad about the result.

"It was a very good display by my players against the NPFL leaders, but we did not get the result we actually worked for.

"I am a bit disappointed not in my players but with the result, we have our target for the game but so sad we could not achieve that."

"We keep fighting until the very last match of the season to ensure that we achieve a continental football spot for next season for our darling fans," he said.
