Why My Performance For Cremonese Has Been Low -Dessers

Nigeria's Super Eagles and Cremonese forward Cyril Dessers has revealed the reasons why his performance has dropped recently for the Serie A side, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The Nigerian joined the newly promoted side last summer from the Jupiler league side Genk after having a successful loan spell with Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord.

Cremonese has been having it rough since the start of the season and they recently recorded their first league win against AS Roma.

Dessers scored twice on Monday night but they still lost the game to Sassuolo 3-2.

While reacting after the game, Dessers said he has been nursing an injury recently and hope that he will get back to his best soon.

 â€œA few weeks ago I suffered an injury and after two games without minutes it wasn't easy for me.

Now, however, I'm training well, I have good sensations, and if I can put minutes in my legs I can go back to doing my job as best I can.

I'm happy for the two goals, but I can't be fully satisfied because we wanted to win", he told the club media.
