Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has agreed that the Bafana Bafana of South Africa goalkeeper Ronwen Williams deserved the best keeper award, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Many argued that the Nigerian shot-stopper should have been named the tournament's best goalkeeper but Chippa United said Williams is better.

" Ronwen Williams is a very good goalkeeper, to be honest.

Â "I am competing with this kind of guy and he has the chance to win the best goalkeeper of the tournament, he deserves it", he said.

"Williams has 5 clean sheets compared to Nwabali's 4 clean sheets in the competition.
