Women WAFU B: Falconets Thrash Burkina Faso

Nigeria's U20 team, the Falconet lived up to the expectations on Sunday in Kumasi, Ghana as they maintained their perfect record, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The team started the competition like a house on fire bashing Niger 7-0 in the opening game before thrashing Togo 6-0 in the second match.

They face Burkina Faso in the final group match on Sunday and recorded another 3-0 victory to retain their perfect record.

Opeyemi Ajakaiye netted the opening goal in the 11th minute before completing her brace in the 61st minute.

Sebastian Flourish sealed the game for Nigeria in the 87th minute with the 3rd goal and handed the country another comprehensive victory.
