Overall goal difference from all group stage matches.

Overall goals scored in all group stage matches.

Fair Play ranking, based on the disciplinary records of the teams, including yellow and red cards.

FIFA ranking position, which will be used if teams remain inseparable after all previous criteria have been applied.

The regulations underscore the importance of every aspect of the competition, with goals scored, defensive performances, and disciplinary records all potentially playing decisive roles in determining which teams advance to the knockout stages.
