Nigeria Wrestlers continue their dominance on day-2 at the ongoing African Wrestling Championships in Tunisia as Harrison Onovwiomogbo in the 85kg beat Roberto Nsangua of Angola 13- 2 in the final to clinch another gold, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

The Bayelsa-born Wrestler defeated Seef Abdulaziz of Egypt in the semi-final having beaten Ben Mia Hael Theron of South Africa and Roberto Nsangua of Angola by a 23-2 combined scoreline on the road to the final.

Recall that in day-1 Tarilayefa Bekefula won the first gold for Team Nigeria at the African events by dispatching her Egyptian counterpart Sabah Soliman Khamis 10-0 in the final of the Junior Category.

However, Stephen Simon of Nigeria fell to Manaceu Ngonda of Angola on criteria 9-9 and Mohammed Mourad of Egypt by pinfall.

Meanwhile, Friday which is day-3 of the Championships will see silver Olympic medallist Blessing Oborodudu among other Nigerian women Wrestlers and as well as one Greco-Roman athlete compete for honors.
