The youngster inked a four-year deal with the Czech Republic top-flight team.

He said: "Mahanaim FC is an environment that added huge values to my trajectories and life generally. You made me see life beyond my knowledge, treated me like a baby who is still teething until I was able to bite.

"It was gloomy when I joined but you gave me everything required to succeed professionally and blossom right from my U17 days. I became a star amongst the future stars.

"I recalled how the management supported me strongly, especially when I arrived at the National U17 Open screening, the crowd was overwhelming but I gave it all to be a part of the team. I assisted and even captained the Golden Eaglets, the 2022/2023 set.

"Special tanks to Coach Nduka Ugbade, Coach Lawal Dankoli, Haruna Ilerika and Coach Yemi Olanrewaju and others. I appreciate you all and you would forever be part of my life's untold stories.

"To my teammates, it is important to remain focused and work hard. Mahanaim FC is one of the few grassroots teams with a little bit of European templates for aspiring footballers.

"When I got to Europe, I struggled a bit, however, the foundation I had back home enabled me to adjust quickly."
