Zaidu Sanusi scored a classic goal in FC Porto's 3-0 victory to move to the top of the table

Super Eagles of Nigeria left-back Zaidu Sanusi was fantastic for FC Porto on Monday night, as he scored a classic goal in their remarkable 3-0 victory over Santa Clara FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.


The former Santa Clara FC defender was given another starting role by coach Sergio Conceicao, after his brilliant display for the club in their previous matches, and he was able to perform excellently against his former club.


Zaidu Sanusi started in FC Porto's left-back ahead of Brazil national team star Wendell, and he was able to contribute his quota to his team's convincing victory.


Portugal youngster Fabio Vieira opened the scoring chart for the home team in the 38th minutes, and he scored his second goal of the game in the 41st minutes to end the first half 2-0.


Super Eagles star Zaidu Sanusi scored the last goal of the game in the 84th minutes with a beautiful goal to end the match 3-0.


The Nigerian international was superb for FC Porto in the entertaining encounter, and he was able to mark his excellent display with a fine goal. The goal against Santa Clara FC has now marked Zaidu Sanusi's second League goal of the season for FC Porto.


The victory over Santa Clara football club has also taken FC Porto to the top spot of the Portuguese Primeira Liga table with 76 points from 28 matches played.
