Zambia Set To Name Grant As New Manager

Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) is set to name former Chelsea Manager, Avram Grant, as the new coach of the Chipolopolo, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former African champions have been without a manager in the last few months and the football body of the country advertised the position in where 5 coaches were shortlisted.

After much consultations and deliberations, the football seems to resolve to the appointment of the Israeli gaffer.

According to the update from the country, Grant arrived in Lusaka the capital of Zambia on Wednesday ahead of his official appointment slated for Thursday.

Grant is not new to the African environment having worked with the Black Stars of Ghana in the past.
