AAG trials: AFN gives participating state deadline for registration

As the preparations for the forthcoming All African Games and World Championship gather momentum, the Athletics Federation of Nigeria ( AFN) has issued deadline for the intended participating states and clubs to complete their registration.

In a letter issues out by the federation, Saturday 20th of July has been announced as the deadline for the registrations of the two championship.

The body further confirmed that the trials will hold at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna on 25th -27th of July, 2019.

All the home based and foreign based athletes are enjoined to participate as the body ensured that all the athletes that passed the trials will have their flights tickets refunded.

All African Games is slated for Rabat Morocco in August, while World Athletics championship will take place in Doha, Qatar later in the year.
