Abdullahi Biffo To Drag Tornadoes to CAF, FIFA By Editor Former Kwara United coach, Abdullahi Usman Biffo has threatened to drag his former club, Niger Tornadoes before CAF and FIFA for their unwillingness to pay backlogs of salaries worth N4.5 million they owed him since 2016, BSN Sports reports. The soft-spoken coach made this known on a popular whatsApp platform 'Sports World' during the interview session on Friday night. Biffo expressed dissatisfaction at the way the issue was handled with levity by both the League Management Company (LMC) and Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on the recovery of the debts. According to him, he has written letters to both bodies so as to find a way of recovering the debt from the club but all to no avails. "Yes Tornardoes are still owning me closely to N4.5 millions," the coach started. "I wrote both LMC and NFF several times but till now nothing." He continued The former Giwa FC coach was astonished and infuriated when he was told that the debts have been paid through the team management before the new inception of the new one. "To my surprise when I informed the new management about the money, they claimed they have paid me through the former management. The experienced coach said he has briefed his lawyer who has started working on taking the case to CAF and FIFA. "I am planning on final solution to take the case to both CAF and FIFA my lawyer is on it." He concluded.
