Abia Warriors Unveil New Players Ahead New NPFL Season

Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia unveiled a new set of players Monday evening.

Among the players unveiled are Zinte Udeh, former player of Nassarawa United, Charles Tembe former Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi goaltender, Philip Auta formerly of Yobe Desert Warriors, and a host of others.

It could be recalled that last week, the newly recruited Abia Warriors players underwent a routine of medicals before they were certified and approved to play for the team.

The Abia state based team looked set for the new 2019/20 season as they target continental ticket when the season comes to an end.
