Management of Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia says Henry Makinwa, a Uefa Pro-Licensed Coach was brought into the club to lead the Technical Crew because the man who was formerly entrusted with the responsibility, Adenrele Moses was not qualified for the job.

In a reaction to Ade's publication that Abia Warriors is run by a cabal which wanted him out of the club, Abia Warriors reminded the coach that his highest qualification was a CAF 'C' certificate whereas the League Management Company had directed that only a CAF 'B' licensed coach will lead a club in the Nigeria Professional Football League.

Abia Warriors urged the embattled coach to concentrate in upgrading his credentials to enable him qualify to lead a club in future rather than embark on cheap propaganda against a club that protected and gave him job when he was helpless.

Abia Warriors expressed confidence that Coach Makinwa will lead the club to the promised land and assured him of the management's support to succeed.
