AFCON 2019: Super Eagles opponents suffer defeats

Ahead of the 2019 African Cup of Nations, Nigeria's Super Eagles group opponents Guinea and Madagascar suffered defeat in their pre tournament match, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

In a match played on Friday, competition debutant Madagascar lost 0-1 to Kenya courtesy of Victor Wanyama's goal.

Guinea also suffered a surprise 0-1 defeat to Gambia with Ebrima Sohna scoring the only goal of the game.

Nigeria will take on Warrior of Zimbabwe in its pre tournament match at the Stephen Keshi stadium in Asaba on Saturday.

Syli stars and Super Eagles will clash in the second group match before Madagascar and Nigeria slugging it out I'm the last group match.
