AFCON 2019: Amuneke returns Tanzania after 39 years of waits By Sampson Adedeji It was a great day for former Nigeria international winger and Tanzania coach Emmanuel Amuneke as he succeeded in qualifying Taifa Stars of Tanzania for the 2019 African Cup of Nations after 39 years of wait. The last time the Eastern Africa country took part in the biggest African football showpiece was in Nigeria's 80.
