AFCON 2019 Qualifier: Duarte to officiate Nigeria, Seychelles clash The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Cape Verde's officials for the forthcoming 2019 AFCON qualifier match against Seychelles at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. Fabricio Duarte was named as center referee for the last group game of the qualifier. He will be assisted by his compatriots Jose Carlos Alexandre Pins Mendes (Assistant Referee 1) and Delgado Fernandes Wilson Jorge (Assistant Referee 2). Nigeria's Super Eagles have already secured their passage into the competition after they picked a valuable away points against Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the matchday 5. Pirates of Seychelles on its own part has crashed out of the competition having failed to secure victory in any of its previous matches.
