AFCON 2019 Qualifier: Duarte to officiate Nigeria, Seychelles clash The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Cape Verde's officials for the forthcoming 2019 AFCON qualifier match against Seychelles at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. Fabricio Duarte was named as center referee for the last group game of the qualifier.
