AFCON 2019 qualifier: Rohr lists 23 players for Seychelles By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the AFCON 2019 dead rubber match against Seychelles, Nigeria's Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has invited 23 players to prosecute the match. The lists released on Monday afternoon made available to www.bsnsports.com.ng consists of 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 4 midfielder and 8 attackers. Flying Eagles defender Valentine Ozornwafor and FC Midtjyland striker Paul Onuachu were the new entrants into the team. Former Flying Eagles and Sporting Charleroi striker Victor Osimhen and Shehu Abdullahi also staged a comeback into the team. No place for the team captain John Mikel Obi despite his rich veins of form for his English championship side Middlesbrough. Nigeria will play Seychelles at Stephen Keshi stadium on 22nd of March before facing Pharaoh of Egypt four days later in the international friendly at the same venue.
