AFCON 2019 Q: Kenya, Uganda referees selected for Seychelles-Nigeria clash By Admin CAF has selected a blend of Kenya and Ugandan referees to take charge of the 2019 AFCON group E match day two fixture between Seychelles and Nigeria. The match will take place on Saturday 8th September at the Linite stadium in Victoria, Seychelles. Davis Ogenche Omweno will run the match as his compatriot Gilbert Cheruiyot and Ugandan Mark Ssonko take charge of the respective lines. Alex Mukabi has been appointed the fourth official for the game. Both Seychelles and Nigeria’s Super Eagles sit at the bottom half of the table after losing their opening games to Libya and South Africa respectively.
