AFCON 2019: Super Eagle's opponent Burundi off to Qatar

In readiness for the forthcoming 2019 African Cup of Nations, Nigeria's Super Eagles opponent Burundi has moved to Qatar for a closing camping, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

Burundi picked one of the competition's tickets after they surprisingly held Panthers of Gabon to a 1-1 draw in Bujumbura.

Burundi who will be making its debut in the competition will face Nigeria in the opening group match.

They will later take on Madagascar and Guinea in the biennial tournament.

When the competition commence all eyes will be on Saido Berahino who switched allegiance to Burundi after he represented England's Junior Three Lions.
